    When I first saw your 2/1/08 front-page article, well, um, I was appalled. Then, I read the article...


    I'll be 42 next Saturday, so I don't remember ANY NY team being our favorite, but now, I understand where you're coming from - in more than 1 way...


    After 9/11, I was a Red Cross volunteer in Manhattan, but I didn't stay in NY at night. I drove 2 hours each way to Rocky Neck State Park, just outside of Niantic, CT...


    On Sept. 23rd, I went to a bar close to the state park to watch the second half of the NE/Jets game. I assumed that, since CT is part of NE, everybody would be Pats fans. Guess what? It was only me...


    I understand your predicament! :)

    This was before my time.... I was just 2 years old when the Pats started so they were always my team. I grew up on Boston. I don't recall anytime when i considered any Noo Yawk team to be representing me...
